Mathematics Teacher (Maths)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher for our high school, following the ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching mathematics and the ability to engage students in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the ICSE syllabus for classes 9 to 10.
• Utilize diverse instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for ICSE board examinations, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of the subject.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices and curriculum enhancements.
• Stay updated with current trends and advancements in mathematics education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching credentials.
• Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the high school level, preferably within the ICSE framework.
• Strong knowledge of the ICSE mathematics syllabus and examination patterns.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software for instructional purposes.
