<Responsibilities>

• Deliver engaging tutoring sessions that cover core math topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, differential equations, and discrete math
• Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students’ individual learning goals and curriculum standards
• Utilize various learning technologies and digital tools to enhance understanding and retention of mathematical concepts
• Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to maximize learning outcomes
• Support students with understanding complex subjects like trigonometry, organic chemistry (if applicable), statistics, and data structures
• Foster a positive learning environment by managing student engagement and encouraging active participation
• Collaborate with parents or guardians when appropriate to communicate student progress and areas for improvement

<Qualifications>

• Proven expertise in mathematics including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, differential equations, and discrete math
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse learner needs
• Strong computer skills with familiarity in learning technology platforms and online tutoring tools
• Prior classroom experience or working with children and students of varying ages is highly desirable
• Knowledge of special education strategies and working with students requiring additional support is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners effectively
• Background in higher education teaching or adult education is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple tutoring sessions independently while maintaining professionalism
