Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Class 10, 11, and 12 Math curriculum of both CBSE and West Bengal Board. This role demands subject expertise, classroom engagement, and the ability to mentor students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students of Classes 10, 11, and 12 (CBSE and WBCHSE boards).
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in line with board guidelines.
• Use interactive teaching methods to make complex concepts easy to understand.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic support.
• Track student progress and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with academic counsellors and parents for regular updates.
• Maintain a disciplined and focused classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary and senior secondary level.
• Familiarity with both CBSE and West Bengal Board syllabi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week
• Occasional weekend sessions for doubt-clearing or test discussions may be scheduled.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience and performance)
