Key Responsibilities:
- Early Numeracy Development – Teach basic mathematical concepts such as numbers, counting, shapes, patterns, sizes, and simple measurements.
- Activity-Based Learning – Use play-based and hands-on teaching methods (manipulatives, flashcards, games, storytelling, songs) to make learning engaging.
- Lesson Planning – Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
- Concept Clarity – Build strong foundational math skills through repetition, visuals, and interactive activities.
- Classroom Management – Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.
- Assessment & Observation – Monitor and assess student progress through observation, worksheets, and simple assessments.
- Individual Attention – Identify students needing extra support and provide remedial assistance.
- Parent Communication – Provide regular feedback to parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.
- Learning Materials Preparation – Develop creative teaching aids and maintain classroom displays related to math concepts.
- Professional Development – Participate in trainings, workshops, and school meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education / Mathematics / Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Montessori / ECE certification preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching pre-primary students.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
