Matrimonial Associate (High Net Worth Matters)—NYC

We have been retained by two elite matrimonial law firms that seek to hire well-credentialed litigation associates for roles focused on high-net-worth matrimonial matters. The firms counsel high-net-worth clients on complex and high-stakes disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex matrimonial litigation cases, including court preparation and trial
• Document discovery, legal research, and motion drafting
• Drafting of nuptial and settlement agreements
• Significant client contact

What the Firms Seek:

• About five to ten (or more) years of commercial litigation or matrimonial experience
• Great writing skills, including drafting complex motions
• Experience managing cases
• Complex financial litigation including asset valuation and accounting issues
• Custody litigation from discovery through trial
• Strong academic credentials
• Matrimonial experience is not required

What the Firms Offer:

• Base salary of $210,000-$275,000 (depending on class year and experience), plus discretionary bonus
• Annual billable hours expectation of eighteen hundred
• Full-time in-office work environment preferred
• Sophisticated clientele and complex, high-stakes matters
