We are looking for an experienced Maximo Administrator to support the deployment, administration, and ongoing operation of the Asset Management System (IBM Maximo / CMMS / EAM) across multiple sites. This role plays a critical part in governance, data quality, system support, and asset data project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Level 1 SME for CMMS/EAM (Maximo), supporting site teams
- Ensure compliance with maintenance policies, procedures, and audit requirements (ISO, SOC, internal audits)
- Administer and support Maximo modules: Assets, Locations, PMs, Job Plans, Work Orders, Resources
- Support data accuracy, integrity, and completeness through QA/QC activities
- Coordinate asset data collection for new builds and expansions prior to go-live
- Analyze reports, generate management dashboards, and support forecasting
- Provide user training and develop training materials for asset data and system usage
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and drive remediation
Required Experience & Skills
- Hands on experience with CMMS / EAM systems (IBM Maximo)
- Strong understanding of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Experience in asset data collection, database management, and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, MS Office
- Familiarity with MEP infrastructure equipment and data centre or facilities environments
- Strong analytical, investigative, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel for site support and project activities
Qualifications
- CMMS/EAM system administration experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Asset Management (Data Centre or Facilities Management preferred)
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
