We are seeking dynamic and driven MBA graduates with 0–5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and market development. MBA - Freshers, Experienced - any Degree
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in target industries (e.g., pharma, agrochemicals, paints, plastics, etc.)
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Freshers with strong internships or projects in B2B sales are welcome)
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
