MBA (Marketing)

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Marketing Executive/Manager with an MBA in Marketing and an engineering background. The candidate will be responsible for promoting bio-energy products and services, handling client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies tailored for industrial, Dairy, Poultry , Hotels ,agricultural, and rural applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market biogas and renewable energy systems to industrial, commercial, and rural clients.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and client engagement plans.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits to explain solutions to clients.
• Identify and approach potential customers – industries, farms, Poultry, Dairy, Hotel Commercial Canteens, municipalities, etc.
• Prepare marketing collaterals, proposals, brochures, and digital content in coordination with the design and technical teams.
• Support the sales team by providing technical input and responding to client queries.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and renewable energy events on behalf of the company.
• Maintain CRM and ensure proper follow-up with leads.
• Collaborate with R&D and project teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or similar).
• 1–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in renewable energy, engineering products, or industrial solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of energy systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
