Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and dedicated MBBS Doctor to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients, manage patient consultations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. You will be expected to diagnose and treat a range of health conditions while maintaining a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical consultations and follow-up care for patients.
• Diagnose and treat common and complex illnesses across all age groups.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as required.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, blood tests) to diagnose and assess the patient’s condition.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and paramedical staff, for coordinated patient care.
• Offer advice on preventive healthcare and wellness to patients.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and integrate them into patient care where appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics and patient confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid state medical license or registration.
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and perform minor surgical procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telemedicine platforms (if applicable).

Pay: ₹30,489.51 - ₹98,184.05 per month
