Position Overview
The Cosmetic & Aesthetic Surgeon / Dermatologist is responsible for performing a wide range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, dermatological treatments, and aesthetic therapies. This role involves patient consultation, diagnosis, planning, and execution of advanced cosmetic surgeries and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. The doctor must ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality patient care with excellent clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Consultation & Assessment
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand patient concerns, expectations, and medical history.
- Evaluate suitability for surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, recovery, and expected results.
- Develop individualized treatment and surgical plans.
2. Surgical Cosmetic Procedures
Perform cosmetic surgeries including but not limited to:
- Breast Reduction
- Breast Augmentation
- Face Lift (Rhytidectomy)
- Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
- Chin Implant / Chin Augmentation
- Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
- Hair Transplant (FUE/FUT)
Responsibilities for surgical care include:
- Pre-operative planning & marking
- Performing surgeries with precision and safety
- Managing intraoperative decision-making
- Post-operative monitoring, wound management, and follow-up care
3. Non-Surgical & Aesthetic Procedures
Perform dermatology and aesthetic treatments such as:
- PRP Therapy (scalp, face, rejuvenation)
- Acne treatment (medical, procedural, laser-based)
- Laser treatments (hair removal, pigmentation, resurfacing, etc.)
- White beard removal (laser beard shaping)
- Medical-grade facials & aesthetic treatments
- Skin rejuvenation therapies
- Non-invasive contouring and anti-aging treatments
4. Treatment Execution & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress.
- Monitor patient recovery and deliver timely follow-up care.
- Handle complications professionally and safely.
5. Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on clinical protocols.
- Participate in case discussions, audits, and quality improvement activities.
- Support clinic marketing with before/after images, professional inputs, or expert consultation when appropriate.
6. Compliance & Professional Ethics
- Maintain complete patient confidentiality and follow medical ethics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, consent procedures, and documentation standards.
- Follow safety protocols for lasers, surgical tools, medical devices, and medications.
7. Continuous Learning & Development
- Stay updated with advancements in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, lasers, and aesthetic technologies.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and continuing medical education programs.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBBS with specialization in Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, or equivalent (MCh / DNB / MD / DVD depending on scope).
- Valid license/registration to practice.
- Experience in performing cosmetic surgeries and aesthetic procedures (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
- Strong surgical skills, aesthetic sense, and clinical judgment.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and patient relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced clinic environment.
Working Conditions
- Operating room and clinical environment exposure.
- Requires precision, long procedure hours, and patient follow-ups.
- May require weekend or extended hours based on appointments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
