Key Responsibilities:

Apply labels to finished product/sandwiches accurately.

Maintain and understand the label verification process to ensure product traceability and compliance.

Ensure sandwich assembly aligns with the Variable Production Schedule (VPS).

Monitor production run rates and calculate quantities (e.g., number of carts, trays, etc.).

Count and stack finished products in trays.
-
Maintain efficient flow and organization of products on the production line.
-
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards as defined by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA, USDA, and BRC regulations.

Contribute to a clean, safe, and food-safe working environment.

Perform additional tasks assigned by manager/supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to push stacks of trays on wheels, and lift to 30 lbs.

Must be able to work around equipment and moving parts

Must be able to work in cold environments (temperatures of 40°F or lower).

Must be able to walk, bend, and stand for the entire duration of the work shift.

The ability to read, understand, and follow specifications, paperwork, and product counts accurately.

Ability to speak, read, and write in English (basic)

Basic math skills required.

Must be adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays; days off are subject to change based on shift bidding.
