MCC Controller

MCC Controller required to work for a leading VIP aviation company.

This is an excellent opportunity based in Bahrain to join an established VIP aviation operator , whilst being rewarded with a competitive package and company‑provided accommodation .

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as an MCC Controller , performing various tasks including:

• Monitoring aircraft technical status and ensuring continuous airworthiness
• Managing defects, deferred items, and MEL/CDL control
• Providing real‑time technical support to flight crews and flying spanners
• Coordinating AOG events, troubleshooting, and global engineering support
• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities (line, base, inspections, SB/AD compliance)
• Liaising with CAMO, MROs, OEMs, and internal engineering teams
• Ensuring accurate completion of tech logs and maintenance documentation
• Supporting reliability tracking and defect trend analysis
• Maintaining regulatory compliance with Bahrain CAA and international standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Previous experience in MCC, Maintenance Planning, or Tech Services
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes
• Ability to make confident, time‑critical decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience supporting AOG events and global operations

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in VIP or corporate aviation
• Exposure to Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, Bombardier Global/Challenger, or Embraer Lineage aircraft
• EASA/GCAA/BCAA licence or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience with AMOS, CAMP, TRAX, or similar systems
