MCC Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

Job Purpose: -

Monitors the fleet, routine and non-routine daily work, provide online troubleshooting and follow up with all departments to keep on time perfomrance and safety of the aircrafts at highest.

Key Responsibilities: -

Functional: -

_Provide On-Line troubleshooting for Reported A/C Defects in and Out of Base.

-Trouble shooting on ground and in-flight to continue to destination or divert to alternative one.

-Repeated snags follow up and troubleshooting.

-Co-ordination with Service Engineering and Manufacturer Representatives on defects, and chronic snags.

-Follow up on all the fleet status and to review on daily basis Pilots Reports so as to advise if any technicalaction is necessary.

-Follow up the AOG parts and expediting material delivery.

-Controlling loan parts.

Operational: -

_Run fleet MEL reports for awareness of Mel's and plan for rectification.

-Monitor technical status of aircraft and systems (Investigate and resolve

-Recurring defects with input from support departments.

-Coordinates with OCC the flow of aircraft schedules, and to ensure relevant checks (Daily, Weekly A, C checks etc.) is done and routed into maintenance basses.

Quality at high standards: - To monitor and support the maintenance team under the responsibility for the team to deliver the highest quality and standard.

On time performance: - Optimum manpower planning for the execution of the task by considering the on-time performance of the aircraft

Knowledge of work: - To review the knowledge and the capability of the team and recommending the enhancement of the team knowledge and capability and to report any deficiencies of the team
