Mechanical Engineer – Facility Management (5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
Experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of expertise in Facility Management, responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilation).
• Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists, and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
• Attend client meetings and prepare technical reports and work progress updates.
• Handle AMC contracts, material submittals, and spare parts management.
• Support inspections, audits, and authority approvals.
• Lead and guide technicians and supervisors on site.

Technical Skills:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facility Management
• Strong knowledge of building services & maintenance practices

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
