Mechanical Engineer – Facility Management (5 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
Experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of expertise in Facility Management, responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous building operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilation).
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Attend client meetings and prepare technical reports and work progress updates.
- Handle AMC contracts, material submittals, and spare parts management.
- Support inspections, audits, and authority approvals.
- Lead and guide technicians and supervisors on site.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facility Management
