Internship Overview
We are seeking an IT Intern to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in technical support, system administration, and IT operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems that support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users.

Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Help monitor system performance and escalate technical issues as needed.

Assist with user account setup, access management, and application permissions.

Support cybersecurity efforts by helping with updates, patching, and security awareness initiatives.

Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and process improvements.

Maintain and update IT documentation, including asset inventories, service tickets, and configuration records.

Help manage the help desk system by logging issues, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support technology needs and improve user experience.
Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Must be at least a sophomore‑level student.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of basic IT support concepts, networking fundamentals, or cybersecurity principles is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Windows OS, MacOS, or help desk systems is beneficial.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple technical tasks.
