Location: Islamabad

Internship Overview

This internship is designed for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on industry experience in:

• Product lifecycle management (from sourcing to market execution)
• Sales and technical applications
• Sales support functions
• Technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Market research and competitor analysis
• ERP/CRM handling and documentation
• Cross-functional coordination
• Lead generation & overall sales cycle.

Internship Structure

Duration: 3 Months

• Evaluation: Performance-based assessment at the end of the internship
• Performance-based progression to Management Trainee (MTO) role, followed by a 6-month structured training program (Stipend: PKR 40,000 + PKR 5,000 conveyance)
• Post-training, roles and compensation will be revised for full-time positions based on evaluation

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend: PKR 20,000 per month

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferred)
• Fresh graduates and Last Semester students are encouraged to apply

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
