Location: Islamabad

Internship Overview

This internship is designed for fresh graduates to gain hands-on industry experience in:

1. Procurement and vendor management

2. Inventory planning and warehouse coordination

3. Demand forecasting and supply planning

4. Order processing and logistics coordination

5. ERP/CRM handling and documentation

6. Supplier evaluation and cost analysis

7. Cross-functional coordination with sales and operations

8. Supply chain optimization and reporting

Internship Structure

• Duration: 3 Months
• Evaluation: Performance-based assessment at the end of the internship
• Performance-based progression to Management Trainee (MTO) role, followed by a 6-month structured training program (Stipend: PKR 40,000 + PKR 5,000 conveyance)
• Post-training, roles and compensation will be revised for full-time positions based on evaluation

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend: PKR 20,000 per month*

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
• Fresh graduates and last semester students are encouraged to apply

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
