Job Responsibilities

• Develop test work plans for tablets at various stages and track execution progress.
• Lead the testing team in creating and reviewing test plans, designing test strategies, writing test cases, and setting up/maintaining test environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, propose improvement suggestions, and drive enhancements in the testing process.
• Summarize and perform statistical analysis on test results, monitor testing progress, ensure product output quality, and prevent major RD quality incidents.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Good English communication skills.
