KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
MEAL System Design & Management
- Develop and operationalize an overarching MEAL framework for the project, embedded in the project's Theory of Change, logframe, and key performance indicators.
- Design and continuously refine data collection tools, surveys, and instruments to ensure robust evidence of KPI achievement.
- Work with the MEAL partner (SDPI) to develop and maintain an MIS system for collection, storage, and management of data across all project levels (district, tehsil, school).
- Establish data protection protocols and ensure they are applied consistently by all team members and partners.
- Lead the design and implementation of the project's impact evaluation study in line with donor reporting mechanisms.
Data Quality, Analysis & Reporting
- Provide technical support to the project team in producing accurate, timely, and evidence-based information on project impact, results, and value-for-money narratives.
- Ensure all monitoring and evaluation reports from partners and field teams are reviewed for internal and external compliance.
- Coordinate regularly with the M&E partner and provide structured feedback to the line manager on data quality and reporting.
- Analyse monitoring data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for programme improvement.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual internal progress reports for donors and management.
Capacity Building & Partner Support
- Build the MEAL capacity of the internal programme team, implementing partners, and downstream partners in data collection, verification, and reporting.
- Serve as the senior MEAL point of contact for Delivery Support Partners (DSPs) on matters escalated via M&E staff.
- Provide technical advice to programme teams, strategic partners, and the communications team on evaluation findings and their implications.
- Support the development of dashboards at district and tehsil level for real-time programme monitoring.
Learning, Accountability & Communication
- Identify, document, and disseminate best practices, lessons learned, and innovations from project implementation for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with and provide relevant MEAL information to the communications team for project marketing, advocacy, and outreach.
- Work in close coordination with Pillar Leads, the Head of Department, and advisers to ensure milestone monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure full adherence to ITA's Code of Conduct, safeguarding, and PSEA policies.
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
