Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing mix modeling, attribution, or experimentation.
  • Experience using product and domain knowledge to increase product adoption.
  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.

As a Measurement Partner Lead, you will work directly with leading outcomes focused measurement companies to incubate, grow, and scale measurement strategies that drive growth for marketers.

You will leverage knowledge on Google products to equip measurement partners with the data and knowledge necessary to measure and optimize YouTube and Search ads performance. You will work directly with Google and measurement partner account teams to scale high impact customer engagements leveraging media and measurement best practices.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and joint business plans to help Google and stakeholders achieve business goals.
  • Represent the market with data-driven feedback to inform product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, business development priorities and marketing communications.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.
