Day-to-day responsibilities: exceptional customer experiences and ensures team adherence to customer service standards.Collaborates with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhanced operational efficiency, and drive trade.Actively manages tasks and deadlines to maximize floor time, benefiting the customer, team, and business. What you'll bring to this role: Extensive experience (minimum 2-years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train teams.
