Bergen Pipe Supports is currently hiring a full-time Mechanic to work out of one of our offices in Donora, PA. A Mechanic is responsible for providing highly skilled and complex mechanical and electrical repairs.

Essential Duties:

• Performs the duties of a mechanic involved in inspecting, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining the manufacturing facility equipment, machinery, and operating systems.
• Perform the duties of a mechanic involved in hands-on repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect equipment, analyze trouble and plan sequence of repair operations.
• Adjust, repair, or replace parts in machinery and other heavy equipment.
• Respond to repair request and perform related work as required.
• Investigate complaints and equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinates and oversees new equipment installations.

Days/Shift:

• Monday thru Friday 7:00am, -3:30pm

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to maintain accurate records and complete routine administrative tasks.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets, inventory systems).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items over 50 pounds.
