Position Summary

The Mechanic is responsible for equipment installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and stable operation of plant equipment. The role performs on-site inspections, collects technical data, supports equipment documentation, and follows all safety and operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Strictly implement company rules, safety regulations, and equipment operating procedures to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.
• Perform equipment installation, repair, and maintenance in accordance with equipment maintenance standards and technical requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and complete equipment maintenance work promptly and accurately.
• Follow the inspection system, monitor equipment operating conditions, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.
• Execute the shift handover system, complete shift records and handover logs accurately, clearly, and without falsification.
• Collect basic equipment technical data and assist in establishing and maintaining equipment ledgers, archives, and documentation.
• Complete other mechanical-related tasks assigned by department leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above
• More than 3 years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical maintenance
• Major in Machinery, Mechanical Maintenance, Automation, or related fields
• Safety and operational skills training required
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance methods and mechanical troubleshooting
• Skilled in electrical and mechanical repair
• Strong execution, attention to detail, safety awareness, and discipline

Language Requirement

English Level: A2 (Basic Operational English)

• Ability to understand and use everyday expressions related to work tasks.
• Ability to communicate operational issues using simple words and phrases.
• Ability to read basic work instructions with the support of diagrams or visual aids.
