Position: Vehicle & Heavy Machinery MechanicResponsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of light vehicles, heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, trailers), and heavy machinery (JCB, excavators, manlifts, loaders, cranes, etc.).
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues across vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all fleet and machinery.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns on-site and carry out repairs with minimal downtime.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment comply with ADNOC standards and site safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed service, repair, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for spare parts requirements.
• Report major mechanical faults to management with recommendations for cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic handling light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and heavy construction machinery.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel/petrol engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment such as JCBs, excavators, manlifts, and other construction machinery.
• Technical diploma/certification in Auto Mechanics / Heavy Equipment Mechanics (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in remote site conditions.
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards and commitment to safety compliance.
