We currently have a vacancy to join a leading provider of comprehensive aviation services based in the Middle East, as a Mechanic – Super Puma, Panther. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi and offers a full relocation package for the successful candidate.

The company specialises in delivering customised aviation maintenance, repair, overhaul, logistics and supply chain services to military and civil aviation customers across the region. Whilst their head office is based in Abu Dhabi, they have a number of operational facilities across various UAE military bases and aviation sites. The company plays a key role in supporting the UAE Armed Forces and other regional air forces. They support a wide range of both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft including military helicopters such as Black Hawks, Chinooks and Apaches as well as transport aircraft such as C130 Hercules. Their services include line and base maintenance, avionics, airframe and engine repair and comprehensive logistical support.

Reporting to the Supervisor for all aspects of aircraft, facility, tool and equipment, and administrative requirements.

The Mechanic – Super Puma, Panther performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist the maintenance supervisor to accomplish the company's mission.
  • Performs inspection, servicing, and repair of aircraft and equipment IAW applicable technical publications and local policies and procedures. Assists in ensuring aircraft and equipment are maintained in a high state of mission readiness.
  • Impart the knowledge of duties and responsibilities in such a manner (advice support and OJT training) to permit assimilation of the customer's trainees; the final aim being to enable the customer's technicians to attain gradual full capacity to carry out maintenance.
  • Completes all forms, records, and documents recording aircraft maintenance activities IAW applicable technical publications, and local policies and procedures.
  • May be requested to perform rated and/or non-rated crew member duties to facilitate completion of maintenance activities such as Maintenance Test Flights, Maintenance Operational Checks, and operation of diagnostic equipment during ground and/or flight (subject to completion of a flight physical).
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.

About You:


  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or industry equivalent.
  • High School Diploma Graduation from military or commercial aircraft maintenance or course preferred.
  • Be able to read, write and understand English.
  • Must be willing to travel in support of the company’s operational requirements.
  • Knowledge of computer applications. Proficient in the use of MS Office suite and applications (Word – Excel – Power Point-Project) Outlook, Adobe and the internet.
