Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting mechanical components and assemblies according to technical specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical parts, subassemblies, and equipment according to blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise mechanical assembly.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and dimensional standards.
• Perform functional tests and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Identify and report any defects, non-conformities, or assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components (e.g., bearings, shafts, fasteners).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or wiring is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
