Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Ensure model accuracy as per project specifications and consultant standards.
• Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams for clash-free models.
• Update models based on site conditions, markups, and design revisions.
• Generate quantity take-offs and support project documentation.
• Ensure BIM execution plans and standards are followed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Mechanical BIM modeling.
• Strong expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
