Mechanical BIM modeler

Position: Mechanical BIM Modeler
Discipline: HVAC / Mechanical
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: 3 months and renewable(Visa will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain Mechanical (HVAC) BIM models using Autodesk Revit as per design and construction drawings.
• Develop shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for mechanical systems.
• Model HVAC systems including:
• Ducting & accessories
• Chilled water / condenser water piping
• FCU, AHU, VAV, exhaust & fresh air systems
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and authority requirements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement comments.
• Maintain proper documentation, model versions, and BIM deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler.
• Strong hands-on experience in Revit (Mechanical / HVAC), Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Experience in HVAC modeling and coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• UAE project experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of LOD standards (LOD 300–400).
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
