Mechanical CAD Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, etc.).
• Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
• Modify and update existing designs as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of designs.
• Perform tolerance analysis, GD&T application, and design optimization.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in prototyping, testing, and resolving design issues.
• Maintain accurate version control of drawings and CAD data.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, etc.).
• Knowledge of GD&T, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
• 1–3 years of experience in CAD design (freshers with strong CAD knowledge may also apply).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,451.25 - ₹35,529.97 per month
