Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Mechanical Engineer – Design to join our design team. Candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing mechanical designs, performing engineering calculations, and supporting the development of mechanical products from concept to final production. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

• 2D and 3D Modeling: Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Reverse Engineering: Work on reverse engineering projects, which include measurements, modeling, and preparing detailed drawings of existing parts and components.
• Design and Detailing: Support the design and detailing of mechanical components, assemblies, and layouts as per client specifications.
• Fabrication Drawings and BOMs: Assist in creating fabrication drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and related technical documentation.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and coordination of project-related activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all drawings, models, and documents meet quality standards, accuracy, and align with client requirements.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering methods and measurement techniques.
• Understanding of mechanical design, drafting standards, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and engineering materials.
• Interest and/or experience in technical sales and client interactions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a teamwork-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 0–4 years of experience in mechanical design (fresher candidates are welcome to apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
