About Us: Join our dynamic and innovative team at Chaplet International Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual for our R&D Department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks and related CAD software.

· Develop innovative product concepts based on customer requirements and company objectives.

· Design& simulate new products, assemblies, components, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and molds.

· Modify and improve existing products to enhance performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

· Prepare design validation reports and technical documentation.

· Generate accurate 3D models and assemblies.

· Create manufacturing drawings with complete dimensions, tolerances, and specifications

· Generate CAM programs and machine-ready files for CNC machining and manufacturing processes.

· Coordinate with production teams regarding tooling requirements and manufacturing feasibility.

· Conduct product research and benchmarking studies.

· Analyze product performance and recommend improvements.

· Perform reverse engineering of existing products and components.

· Maintain proper records of all design files and revisions, and also update them in the ERP software (SAP B1)

· Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and project documentation.

Skills:

· Expert in CAD/ CAM designing software (Especially in SolidWorks)

· Expertise in AutoCAD, Delcam, Power Mill, and Power Shape is a plus

· Knowledge of engineering science and technology

· Solid knowledge of drafting and rendering techniques

· Ability to work independently

Qualification:

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication in any manufacturing industry.
