Mechanical Design Engineer ( Temporary)

Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (Steel Structure / Machine Parts)

Contract Type: 6 Months (Company-Sponsored)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing steel structures and machine components. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D CAD modeling and a background in manufacturing or packaging industries.

This role is strictly for mechanical design engineering and is not suitable for MEP (piping/plumbing) designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop steel structures, machine parts, and mechanical components
• Prepare detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software
• Ensure designs meet engineering standards, safety, and manufacturing requirements
• Coordinate with production and technical teams for design feasibility
• Modify and improve existing designs based on project needs
• Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in mechanical design (steel structures / machine parts)
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software such as:
• SolidWorks
• Autodesk Inventor
• Or similar tools
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging companies is highly preferred
• Good understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and machine assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
