We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with strong expertise in the mechanical design of pressure vessels, process columns, shell & tube heat exchangers, and air fin coolers.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical design calculations, fabrication drawings, and a deep understanding of ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2, TEMA, API, and related standards. Experience in PV Elite or Compress design software is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and engineering activities for pressure vessels, columns, and heat exchangers.

Perform mechanical design calculations for internal/external pressure, nozzle loads, and wind/seismic analysis.

Prepare fabrication drawings, datasheets, and material specifications.

Coordinate with project, fabrication, and inspection teams for design compliance.

Ensure all designs meet international standards and client requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:

4–8 years of experience in pressure vessel and heat exchanger design.

Proficient in PV Elite / Compress / AutoCAD.

Sound understanding of ASME Section VIII, TEMA, API 660/661, and ANSI standards.

Experience with fabrication shops or manufacturing teams preferred.

Strong documentation and client coordination skills.
