Job Description:

Gilani Mobility is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and improving product designs, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring that all mechanical systems meet the company’s standards for performance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Perform HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, and pressure drop analysis where applicable.
• Conduct equipment testing, prototype evaluation, and design optimization.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and functionality.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design presentations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ISO 9001 and ASHRAE standards.
• Support ongoing projects and contribute innovative ideas for design improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in CAD & Design Software: SolidWorks/AutoCAD (Advanced), Design Builder/HAP/REVIT (Intermediate).
• Strong technical background in HVAC load calculations, pressure drop analysis, and equipment testing.
• Familiarity with ANSYS Workbench for simulation and analysis.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Advanced).
• Strong soft skills: problem-solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, and report writing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ASHRAE compliance standards.
• Knowledgeable in 3D printing
