Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced 2D HVAC Draftsman with proven coordination experience to join our MEP drafting team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed HVAC drawings, coordinating layouts with other disciplines (electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting), and ensuring designs are compliant with project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D HVAC drawings (ducting layouts, chilled water piping, equipment details).
• Coordinate HVAC services with other MEP disciplines and structural drawings.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and international standards.
• Revise drawings as per consultant/contractor feedback.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of shop drawings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman in the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, chilled water).
• Experience in MEP coordination is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
