Mechanical Draftsman

• Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor).
• Convert engineering concepts and sketches into detailed technical drawings.
• Create assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Revise drawings based on engineering changes and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to resolve design discrepancies.
• Maintain drawing files, documentation, and version control.
• Assist in prototype development and provide support during manufacturing.
• Perform basic calculations related to dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all drafting work.
