Draftsman (Architectural)

• Prepare accurate Architectural and MEP drawings, shop drawings, in line with project requirements.
• Create plans, sections, elevations, and coordinated MEP layouts (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical),
• Generate bill of materials based on drawing.
• Ensure drawing is in compliance with standards and codes.
• Coordinate and provide support to the team for smooth project execution.
• Assist in Consultant submissions and authority approvals.

Required Qualification

• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field
