Mechanical Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced MEP Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using AutoCAD and Revit. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs are accurate, code-compliant, and coordinated with other building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using AutoCAD and Revit.

Coordinate with engineers to develop and refine system designs.

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company practices.

Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination with other MEP and structural systems.

Prepare and revise drawings based on mark-ups and direction from project leads.

Maintain project documentation and drawing files.

Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Associate degree or certification in Drafting, Design Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience drafting for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) is mandatory.

Understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and construction processes.

Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: AED 5,000.00 - AED 8,000.00 per month
