HVAC Draftsman

"We are looking for a skilled HVAC Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed HVAC drawings and plans, with a strong understanding of the Dubai Building Code. This role is essential to ensure our projects comply with local regulations and are executed efficiently."

Responsibilities: List the main duties and tasks.

1. Developing HVAC drawings and plans for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.

2. Creating detailed drawings of HVAC designs, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, based on client specifications.

3. Working with mechanical engineers to develop CAD models of HVAC systems.

4. Ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, including the Dubai Building Code.

5. Preparing construction documents for HVAC systems, including drawings, bills of materials, and specifications.

6. Collaborating with other designers and engineers to ensure accurate design of HVAC systems.

7. Assisting installation teams in the field with any questions or clarifications related to HVAC designs.

8. Staying up to date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

9. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate design solutions.

Requirement s: Specify the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience.

1. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman.

3. Advanced skills in AutoCAD or Revit.

4. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

5. Familiarity with HVAC codes and standards, including the Dubai Building Code.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. High attention to detail.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
