What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain precise 3D BIM models for MEP systems
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs and resolve clashes
• Coordinate with architecture & structure teams for seamless integration
• Create detailed drawings, documents & schedules
• Contribute to project presentations & visualizations

What You Bring

• BSc in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Relevant Diploma
• 2+ years of BIM modeling experience (MEP focus)
• Strong problem-solving & coordination skills
