Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience to lead product development and R&D activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the design, testing, and development of new samples, as well as driving continuous improvement in existing products to meet industry and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of evaporators, condensers, and related components.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies for new product development.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure seamless transition from development to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with appliance industry clients for customized solutions.
• Evaluate materials, processes, and technologies for product improvement.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development/R&D within the appliance or refrigeration industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of testing methods, prototyping, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
