About PRM(USA)


The company is located in San Jose, covering an area of over 500 square meters. Its main functions include industrial design, marketing, and serving as a service outlet in the United States. Currently, it has about 15 employees based in different locations at home and abroad, and the staff size will continue to expand in 2025.


Main Responsibilities and Tasks:


  1. Project management: Participate in the management and coordination of mechanical engineering projects, including plan formulation, resource allocation and schedule control
  2. Cost management: Supervise the cost control of the project to ensure that the project is completed within the budget and find ways to reduce costs and optimize efficiency.
  3. Communication with customers: Communicate and negotiate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and provide satisfactory solutions accordingly.
  4. Design and analysis: Responsible for the design and evaluation of the overall system structure scheme of new product development or product improvement projects; Independently complete 3D and 2D design, drawing production and follow-up processing.
  5. Quality control: Responsible for the quality control of mechanical products or equipment to ensure that they meet the corresponding standards and specifications; Equipment erection, debugging and problem handling at the shipping site.
  6. Teamwork: Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve project goals and requirements.
  7. Design process: Responsible for establishing and improving the internal design specifications and development processes of the mechanical team.



Qualification Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Design and Automation or related majors. Have more than 3 years of working experience in the 3C testing automation or assembly automation industry. Be able to independently communicate with customers and analyze their needs. Possess the ability to independently design non-standard testing automation equipment from scratch ("0 to 1") and have the ability to optimize design costs.

2. Be proficient in using CAD and SolidWorks software. Those with practical experience in simulation software such as ANSYS will be preferred.

3. Be proficient in conducting tolerance analysis using the probability method for non-standard equipment and optimizing the design of the tolerance chain.

4. Have proficient English reading and writing skills. English listening and speaking skills are not required.

5. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems on the customer site and be able to adapt to short-term business trips.

6. Have a cheerful personality, strong stress resistance and team spirit, and be willing to work overtime.
