Mechanical Engineer

Experience Requirements:

• HVAC Systems Design & Execution: Design and implement air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems (HVAC) for residential and commercial projects.

• Plumbing & Drainage Systems: Design and execute plumbing networks, water supply systems, and sanitary drainage systems.

• Fire Fighting Systems: Design, review, and supervise the execution of fire protection systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.

• Mechanical Drawings & Load Calculations: Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, perform load and flow calculations, and ensure technical accuracy.

• Quantity Surveying & Specifications: Prepare quantity take-offs, specifications, and bills of quantities (BoQs) for mechanical works.

• Tender Evaluation & Cost Analysis: Prepare price comparisons, evaluate bids and tenders, and support procurement and decision-making processes.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in specialized mechanical engineering software and Revit MEP for modeling and coordination.

• Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise on-site mechanical installations to ensure full compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordination & Problem Solving: Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project integration.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical design and project execution.
