Mechanical Engineer

The right individual will be expected to utilize software packages such as CATIA (basic), Abaqus, and Endurica to analyze (rubber) part function, characteristics, and durability performance.

The associate should grow the company's material library through knowledge of/or willingness to learn the process and equipment for internal material testing and/or coordination of outside testing.

The associate will provide guidance for software and hardware requirements. Good communication will be required.

Continued learning and growth in rubber FEA will be expected and continued learning.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or related (emphasis on FEA preferred)

· Work Experience is preferred but not required.

· Some level of FEA experience (work or school) required.

· Experience with Abaqus (FEA) specifically and/or general rubber FEA will be highly valued.

· Experience with CATIA (CAD) and Endurica (fatigue) are also favored.
