Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (MEP)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (UAE Experience Required)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer (MEP) with at least 2 years of UAE experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, supervision, and execution of mechanical services including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems in accordance with MEP standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and implement MEP mechanical systems as per project specifications.
• Prepare and review HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting shop drawings and material submittals.
• Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure proper MEP integration.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and inspection of mechanical systems.
• Prepare BOQs, project documentation, and progress reports.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities (DCD, DM, etc.) for project approvals.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiar with UAE building codes and authority approval procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
