🔧 Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant

📍 Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

Play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the mechanical performance of one of Saudi Arabia’s most advanced Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) facilities. This position offers the opportunity to lead mechanical maintenance activities, drive reliability initiatives, and ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operations.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise preventive, corrective, and major overhauling maintenance activities on mechanical systems, including turbines, pumps, compressors, valves, and piping.
• Ensure maintenance is executed efficiently and safely in line with OEM recommendations, project standards, and HSE requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide technical direction to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
• Review maintenance data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead outage planning and execution, ensuring manpower, spares, and resources are available and cost-effective.
• Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical evaluations for mechanical modifications and new installations.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and maintenance records in SAP CMMS , ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with EPC/OEM contractors for technical clarifications and follow up on system performance.
• Support development of condition-based maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to technicians and junior engineers to enhance technical capability.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• 7–10 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance within power generation or desalination plants , preferably CCGT facilities .
• Proven background in predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and outage execution.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment reliability, and failure analysis techniques.
• Experience with SAP CMMS and maintenance management systems.
• Excellent understanding of HSE standards, maintenance planning, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English ; Arabic an advantage.
