A leading Electrical Contracting company Located in Dammam - KSA is seeking to hire the following position: Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Number of Vacancies: 3.

Job Description:

• Designing and implementing cost effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
• Developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
• Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs.
• Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub contractors, suppliers and customers.
• Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
• Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
• Planning and designing new production processes.
• Producing details of specifications and outline designs.
• Recommending modifications following prototype test results.
• Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer aided design.
• Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
• Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.
• Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.

Job Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Construction Projects.
• Type of executed projects : Substation Construction Projects
• Applicant should have knowledge in designing HVAC systems, Fire Fighting systems, load calculation, loss calculations, calculations of pumps head, shop drawings using AutoCAD, preparing submittals, preparing weekly reports, and have good knowledge in all authorities' requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• V.Good English command

• EPC Contracting for the Construction & Reinforcement of MV/HV/EHV Substations
• High Voltage Cabling
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Major Power Equipment
• O & M of Power Plants & Substations
