Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Karachi. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as machine design, computer-aided design (CAD), project management, and research and development (R&D) in the context of the company's diverse services and projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Create detailed designs of mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

· Study technical specifications, feasibility, and design constraints to develop efficient and innovative mechanical systems.

· Perform simulations, stress analysis, and physical testing of prototypes to validate designs and optimize performance.

· Work closely with production teams to ensure that products are built according to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.

· Ensure that mechanical systems meet safety standards, efficiency goals, and quality control benchmarks.

· Diagnose mechanical failures or inefficiencies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

· Work with electrical engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into larger projects.

· Stay updated on the latest engineering technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to continuously improve designs.

· Prepare technical reports, user manuals, and maintenance documentation for internal and external use.

· Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCAP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.

Skills

· Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills

· Project management skills.

· Experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

· Knowledge of Project Management principles

· Experience in Research and Development (R&D)

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities

· Good Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

Qualification

· Graduate or Masters (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience preferable in same job role
