MEP Manager

Dollar Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MEP Manager with 6–8 years of experience in industrial building projects and completion of at least three industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, and execution of all MEP systems.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil and architectural teams.
• Review and approve MEP drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and cost control.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain project documentation and handover records.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• 6–8 years of industrial project experience, with 2 years as MEP Manager.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction, coordination, and commissioning.
• Experience in industrial facility execution and estimation.
• Good leadership, communication, and safety compliance skills.
