Sr. MEP Project Manager (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complete MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) from project initiation to handover.
• Oversee site execution, ensuring works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE local authority requirements (DEWA, ADDC, DM, DCD, etc.).
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities related to MEP works.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Attend progress meetings and prepare detailed reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Proven experience in Villa and High-Rise Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and integrated MEP systems.
• Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
• Thorough understanding of UAE construction standards and authority approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Preferred:

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Immediate or short notice availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
